The Research Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Mode Evolution Based On Complex System

As the famous American management guru Thomas Peters said:” Distance hasdisappeared, innovation or death”. Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress, theinternal driving force for the development of a country. For enterprises, technologicalinnovation is becoming the key elements that determine the survival and developmentof enterprises increasingly. Practice has proved that the enterprise technologicalinnovation mode that matched with the enterprise can effectively promote the rapiddevelopment of enterprises, on the contrary, it may bring huge losses even destroy forenterprise. With the growth and development of enterprise, the technologicalinnovation capability and environment constantly changing, select a technologicalinnovation model that matched with the enterprise seems particularly important.This paper organized the research of scholars at home and abroad, on the basis ofexisting technology innovation mode, from the perspective of complex adaptivesystems and multi-agent analysis the enterprise technology innovation system, anddivided the innovation actors into four agents: enterprise, government, universitiesand research institutes, intermediary service organizations. By analyzing the dynamicmechanisms of enterprise technology innovation model self-organization evolution,this paper construct the evolution gradient model based on the path dependence of theenterprise technology innovation model. By learning from the model of biologicalevolution, this paper established the NK model with the four dimensions of enterprise,government, universities and research institutes, as well as intermediary serviceorganizations and summarized the four evolutionary path of the enterprise technologyinnovation mode evolution, and summarized the relationship between innovationactors and enterprises technological innovation mode evolution.This paper abstracts the complex system of enterprise technology innovationsystem on the basis of previous scholars, trying to explore and analyze the evolutionmechanism of enterprise technology innovation mode, in order to effectively guidethe enterprises’ technological innovation activities. This paper flexibly utilizesComplex Adaptive Systems theory, fitness landscape theory, multi-agent theory and biological evolution theory. This paper enriches the complex systems theory andtechnological innovation theory system, and has a strong practical significance forguiding enterprises technological innovation strategy and decision-making in China.
