In the mean time, developed countries have intensified in medical research and pharmaceutical industry; the international competitiveness of Chinese pharmaceutical industry is declining, and domestic market share has been gradually decreased. In this paper, as a central part of the promotion of pharmaceutical industry competitiveness, a systematic study of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry cluster technology innovation ascension has been conducted. In the paper, the integrated use of the theory of industrial organization, technology, innovation theory, the system of scientific theories, scientific theory and other management subject knowledge and methods are applied.
