With the sport market competition intensifies, the account generallystrong market formation, thereby restricting garment enterprises developmentbottleneck starts from production to circulation, supply chain management inthebusiness in research and application development of enterprises hasimportant realistic and practical value. In the clothing enterprise, orderforecast is an important part of the supply chain, but also the effectiveimplementation of supply chain management foundation.Sportswear enterprise development status of the application for orderforecast study provides a basis for objective conditions: on the one hand,market competition forces firms to increase the order forecasting and demandrecognition; On the other hand, after years of development, the world garmentindustry has to form a production technology is mature, capable huge garmentindustry system, with development and utilization of supply chainmanagement and sales order forecast data base.This thesis focuses on sportswear enterprise development situation andthe practical problems, from improving the application value of order forecastto start to help enterprises solve some practical difficulties, to reduce the costof enterprise supply chain operations, and coordinating supply system links, improve customer satisfaction, consolidate the terminal market share, so as toachieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.In this thesis, work content and results are as follows: By comparing thevarious forecasting methods and scope, combined with N Company and itscurrent status and garment enterprises product features, analysts pointed outthat the garment is suitable forecasting methods; according to the orderforecast garment enterprises and data analysis needs of the enterprise to builda data model, and guide enterprises to conduct data collection; according tothe actual needs of the factors affecting the orders portfolio analysis andsolutions from multiple directions to establish different types of data analysismodel; through the establishment of corporate history database model, datamodel, sales order forecasting model, so as to establish and improve businessforecasting system.
