Some transition or small and medium-sized enterprises,even the author's so-called electric business pioneer enterprises,its sales forecast is from the sales staff of intuition and experience,lack of scientific certification?unbending and blindness,at the same time there is no sales strategy to match forecast,enterprise in the fierce competition in a passive,unable to make the right decisions.Therefore,this paper took company A as the research object,analyzed the sales status and sales forecast of A company,found the existing problems in A company's sales forecast.The theories and methods related to sales forecasting are adopted,and the enterprise sales forecasting model is established.The sales forecasting model is used to make sales decisions and generate strategies for the enterprise sales.It analyzes the current situation of company A's sales forecasting and the limitations of its forecasting methods,as well as the necessity of enterprise's application of sales forecasting.Based on this,puts forward improving prediction method,according to long supply cycle of product forecast,sell out frequency,analyze and compare frequently-used several time series prediction method,based on the exponential smoothing,increase sales growth expectations,days out of stock,weights of sales over the same period,and combined with experts predict,is constructed for using in A company sales forecast improvement solutions.Finally,this study focuses on the applicability and practical test of the forecast model.The results show that based on the prediction model,company A has made great progress in the efficiency and accuracy of sales prediction.Meanwhile,raise sales strategy which developing new products?pricing base on supply chain?the relationship between online channel security and sales forecast,and promotion management.It can also serve as a reference for other cross-border ecommerce companies.
