Into the21st century, with the advent of global economic integration is aknowledge-based economy era of the big bang, as a major talent increasinglysignificant highlights the importance of productivity significantly, whether it is up tothe country’s progress and development next to or between enterprises thedevelopment of competition in the final analysis, in the final analysis is the humantalent competition. Only real advantage of the enterprise has a lot of talent in order totruly enterprise development in the future fierce competition, the success of victory.So reserves of talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprise development.This paper reviews research and related theories and brain drain related issuesboth at home and abroad,, based on the brain drain of talent and were defined.And asan example of Dahe Fine chemicals Ltd., this paper studies the problem of the braindrain and human resources management and finds the cause of brain drain in DaheFine chemicals Ltd. is the result of multiple factors. This Paper analysizes six mainreasons for causing brain drain in the Dahe Fine chemicals Ltd. These six reasons are:living environment, recruitment and training system, the staff performance appraisalsystem, and incentive compensation system, corporate culture and talent of theindividual factors.Finally facing the brain drain in Dahe Fine chemicals Ltd., thispaper purposes targeted measures to address brain drain. The suggestions are made: tore-examine and to develop long-term human resources development plan, furtherimproving the human resources management system and to nurture and shape thecorporate culture of humanism.
