Problem And Solution Of Traditional Food Safety Supervision

The traditional food safety supervision is a part of food safety supervision work. As traditional food is special, both of producers and regulators should pay more attention to effect of the legal, technical, market and regulatory system and so on in practice work. In this paper, which based on the influence of the law lagging behind, the vacancy of product standards, the vicious market competition and the vulnerabilities of Chinese food safety regulatory system, author discussed on the development and improvement of traditional food safety supervision.Through the analysis of the system, using lots of practical cases of work on food safety supervision, author discussed on the construction of legal system, standard research, market guiding, public management and reformation of food safety regulatory system, which based on the results come from other workers.
