By dividing the protection class of ecological land,reasonable arrangements the layout of different levels ecological land is to protect andimprove the county ecological environment and to maintain the ecological balance, itis the effective way to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources.This paper defined ecological land and the stratification of ecological land ’sconnotation, according to the characteristics and functions of ecological land,establishing the basis of the division grades of the ecological land, Including theintensity of the ecological fragile, ecological service importance degree, the high andlow of the Ecological service value, putting forward the method of ecological land ’sstratification and protection, including the delimitof the evaluation unit, theassessment of ecological vulnerability, the evaluation of importance of ecologicalservice function, the evaluation of ecological service value of the ecological land,the calculation of the Ecological land ’s protection comprehensive index and thedivision grades of Ecological land According to the theory and method of ecological land protectionhierarchies,taking FuSui county as an example, taking2KM*2KM grid asevaluation unit and according to ecological protection specific method ofclassification, divided the Fusui County ecological protection level from high to lowis into1~5level.The first level protected areas is33809.55hectare, take28.01percent of ecological land area, mainly distribute at north of the Fenghuangshan forestin Fusui county, at south of the Guangxi forest, and at east of the Linwang village andTengguang village. The second level protected areas is17562.62hectare, take14.55percent of ecological land area, distribute at east of the Weijiu vilige in Fusui county,at northeast of Xinning town, at south of Dongmen town, and so on. The third level ofprotected areas is26229.26hectare, take21.73percent of ecological land area, mainlydistribute at the central plains of Fusui county, including Xinning town, Quli town,Bapen town and Fusui stud farm. The forth level protected area is30176.33hectare,take25percent of ecological land area.The fifth level protected area is12927.54hectare, take10.71percent of ecological land area.
