New Rural Planning In The Land Conservation And Utilization Research

With the rapid development of urbanization and new rural construction in China, the need for the expansion of the land is increasing. It is very important to protect the land and make effective use of it. The efficiency of the use of the urban land not only relates to the resource allocation, but also has a close connection with the quality of life and sustainable development.Based on the current situation of land use, this study analyzes researches on the utilization of the rural land in the first place; secondly, the study defines the term of"utilization of urban land with high efficiency", and examines the impact of planning on the utilization of the urban land in the context of new rural construction.At present, the new rural construction is taking place in China, which leads to the contradiction between planning and land protection. There is a need to solve this problem urgently in the context of new rural construction.In the new rural construction planning, the main problems of land conservation can be roughly divided into three parts: 1) low efficiency in the utilization of land; 2) the neglect of ecological environment protection; 3) drawbacks of current land protection planning system and relevant policies.The construction of new rural areas is one of basic requirements of the harmonious society, and it has a close link with the solution of"San Nong"issues. There is a need to explore the potential of the collective stock land within residential areas and outside in order to solve the problems of land use. It is of great importance to make a better use of the rural land, optimize the regional distribution pattern, pay more attention to the control of construction land in order to enhance the quality of land use as a whole.The study finally gives suggestions on the utilization and conservation of the land based on the analysis of the situation in Bei Wu village in Qin Huangdao, Heibei Province.
