With the rapid development of the new type of the urbanization,the conflict between protecting the land ecosystem and ensuring the economic development becomes the prominent contradiction.How to balance the two sides and optimize the urban land structure is an important part of the whole development of each city.The ecological protection redline,an innovation in the environmental protection system,has become a typical factor in the arrangement of the urban land structure.To maximize the ecological and economic benefits,the thesis regards the ecological protection redline as a constraint and decides to use the multiple objective linear programming to optimize the urban land structure inWuhan metropolitan area.The thesis also arranges the urban land in the metropolitan area according to the different demand degrees to the development land.The research results are as follows.(1)The thesis concludes the experiences of the current definition of the ecological redline in the relevant cities.The thesis also uses four evaluation indexes,the importance of ecological environment,the slope,the vegetation coverage rate and the water buffer zone,to define 33.9816% of the metropolitan area as the ecological protection redline area with 3S technology,according to the basic circumstances of the metropolitan area and the official relevant technical specifications.There are three parts in the whole reserve with a total area of 1969948.52 square hectometers,Red level area of 109885.39 square hectometers,Yellow level area of 752545.65 square hectometers and Blue level area of 207517.48 square hectometers.The land-use types include the woodland,the grassland,the water area and the unused area such as the swamp.The woodland and the water area accounted for 95.73% of the total ecological protection redline area.(2)The thesis considers the optimization plan with the largest ecological protection redline area as the best one according to the influences of each plan to the research area by using the MATLAB to calculate the two objective functions limited by three different scales of the ecological protection redline with twelve variables and five constraints.In the final optimization plan,the area of the development land increases 88972.1488 square hectometers,the cultivated land,the woodland,the grasslandand theunused area reduces 59837.21456 square hectometers,342.3938 squarehectometers,22758.99039 square hectometers,6033.24012 square hectometers.The final optimization does not occupy the land in the ecological protection redline area.(3)Based on the optimization plan of the land use structure in Wuhan metropolitan area,the thesis arranges the incremental construction land in the target year to each county area properly according to the current location distribution of the different land types and the demand degrees in each county area,with the premise to ensure the land use in the ecological protection redline first.The thesis also arranges the cultivated land,the woodland,the grassland and the other unused land according to the different land use structures and the topographic features in several areas.The thesis chooses a new research aspect to analyze the optimization of the land use structure.The final definition of the ecological protection redline provides a reference to the relative work in other cities.The optimization of the land use structure in the metropolitan area also provides a realistic guiding significance to the land management and ecological construction plan at regional level.
