Along with the change of supply and demand of power market, the monopoly hasbeen broken, electric power enterprise’s competition intensifies day by day. At present,the marketing company of our country power concept has initially formed, also had greatprogress, but still remain in the primary stage of development, with the advancement oftechnology and social development, the power supply and the demand of the societyconflicts, from demand exceeds supply into oversupply, and presents the mutualtransformation of circulation, this situation will urgently need marketing as the focus ofthe work of electric power development.In this paper, the Inner Mongolia power market as the research object, uses themethod of literature review, survey method and empirical analysis method, throughin-depth analysis of the power market and power marketing problems, Inner Mongoliapower market research marketing strategy.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces theresearch background, purpose and significance of research, research methods andresearch ideas; the second part of an overview of relevant theories, the marketing theoryand the theory of electric power marketing are studied, is the theoretical foundation ofthe thesis part; third chapter is the analysis of Inner Mongolia Power market environment,are analyzed from the aspects of the state industrial policy, the macroeconomicenvironment and industry competition environment, and of Inner Mongolia powermarket advantages of SWOT analysis; fourth chapter Inner Mongolia power marketingproblems, analyzed the causes of the problems and the problems existing in themarketing of Inner Mongolia power; the fifth chapter Inner Mongolia electric powermarketing strategy, according to the existing demand analysis and Inner Mongolia PowerMarketing Inner Mongolia power market in question, developed a marketing strategy,and looks forward to the implementation effect; the conclusion and prospect, the sixthchapter summarizes the full text, and provides the references for the inner Mongoliaconfirming the strategy of electric power marketing.
