The demand side management is an effective drive and an induction measure and a suitable operation way that the government and the electric power company adopt. It enhances the terminal electricity efficiency with the user together and improves the methods of using electricity in order to reduce electric quantity and power load demand. The electric power energy demand is more and more obvious which along with the expense of electric power. How to balance the electric power expense and the electric power resources scarce contradiction effectively becomes an important problem to some connected department at present. How to guarantee he user life use electricity which not influenced by the peak and low, the production enterprise works normally and the electrical network operates safely become an important task to the electric power dispatch department. Therefore, the paper embarks from the electric power demand side management implementation environment, unifies our country's electric power market, and embarks from the electric power marketing environment, unifies our country's electric power demand side management research, the goal is to proposes a solution for our country's electric power marketing .
