The training and development of team leaders has been more and more important in human resource management of power supply enterprises,and become the core link recently. Researching of team leaders training mode is based on competency,and has realistic directive significance in keeping core competitiveness and coordinated sustainable development in power supply enterprises.May the theory as a guide, with a variety of training tools, competence to team leader at the core, building team leader competency model, Determining the corresponding training objectives for different levels of competence, matching the different training content, perfecting security system and multi-dimensional assessment teacher assessment methods, to solve the problem of weakness direction, training resource waste, training and personal growth out of touch, to establish the training model of team leaders in power supply enterprises based on competency scientificalness, systematicness, and maneuverability.The model is based on building perfect competency model of team leader training,rating dimension ability of team leaders.Based on deep reasearch,aim on different dimensions, to make implementation of training program, including target,content,teaching resource,assessment,etc.It's insured by complete management mechanism and assessment mechanism.In the paper,the competency of team leaders is design to 3 dimensions including comprehensive capacity,management capacity and professional capacity.Refining 9 comprehensive capacity,6 management capacity and 1 professional capacity.As a precondition to the survey and interview,based on capacity model,formulate the implementation of training program on different dimension.It's the first time to separate the capacity into 3 dimension, establish training objectives.For the training content focus differently, the courses,teaching resources and evaluation methods are not the same,to make sure the training is directive and circulation development, teaching resource is reasonable.Moreover,it's the first time to connect the training of team leader and capacity requirement of middle-level cadres,to achive closer connection of personal development and the training.
