With the beginning21th century, world economic globalization becomes faster and faster. For the next knowledge economy age coming, enterprises are facing increasingly intense competitive environment, they are trying to formulate the reasonable business strategy and the effective management to adapt to the competitive environment and enhance their competitive strength. Human resource development and management is the core of enterprise management, performance assessment is the basis of human resources management, through establishing the scientific and effective performance appraisal system that can achieve the corporate strategy, encourage enterprises to raise the level of performance, thereby enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the related theory and methods of modem performance appraisal system, this paper makes comprehensive and meticulous analysis to the original performance appraisal system of Regal Master Hotel Chengdu, and summarizes the experience and shortage of the performance appraisal process, also provides a set of complete and new project to the Performance Appraisal System.This paper includes five parts. First, putting forward the research background and purpose, introducing the research framework and main content; Second, review of the related theory and research of Performance Appraisal; Third, introducing and analysis the actuality of Performance Appraisal of Regal Master Hotel Chengdu; Four, the design of the new Performance Appraisal System of Regal Master Hotel Chengdu; Finally, making research and analysis to the potential obstruction to the new Performance Appraisal System, and providing corresponding methods to the obstruction to put the new system into practice successfully.According to the research and design to Regal Master Hotel Chengdu Performance Appraisal System, the paper perfects and provides a usefully performance appraisal system, and offer the effective methods to establish and improve the performance appraisal system to Hospitality Industry.
