The globalization of knowledge economy has made a profound impact for the information industry, the software industry has gradually become a symbol of national comprehensive strength, and it is particularly important in how to greatly improve the whole country economic efficiency, promoting informatization construction pace, etc. Software research and development enterprise is typical of the knowledge intensive emerging scientific and technological enterprise, software R&D staff directly influences the survival and development of the knowledge enterprises, now the effectively and scientific performance evaluation and a perfect performance management system are very important for software R&D staff in software enterprise human resources management.T company is excellent enterprise in software information industry, because of the particularity of software R&D staff, how to design and implement evaluation system of software R&D staff, how to design the quantitative evaluation index, give full play to the incentive effect of the scientific performance evaluation, improve the working efficiency of the researchers, reduce the wastage rate of the knowledge talented persons, realize the common development of the staffs and enterprise, these problems have become issues in T company that need to be resolved.This thesis select three kinds of R&D staffs of T company as the examples to design the performance evaluation system, this process is through in-depth research of performance appraisal situation, and analysis of the job content and responsibility, and the features of R&D staffs, in combination with relate theory and method, and learn from good experience, including the design of the performance appraisal index, the evaluation index system, and the analysis and calculation of evaluation index weight, and score standard, finally, this article discusses the measures.This thesis aims to establish the performance evaluation system of the R&D staffs in T company, this will help all the criteria and process of quantification and the core competitiveness of enterprises improve, and hope to be able to provide some beneficial for performance management of reference in the aspects of the theory and practice for software enterprise staffs.
