The competition of the market is competition among enterprises and enterprises play themajor role in the market competition to the enterprises. Competition among enterprises is afterall a competition in human resources. It is critical to improve staff's enthusiasm and creationthat enterprise strengthen human resource management, promote value of human resourcesand evaluate the staff and the contribution of staff. All these relate to the assessment of humanresource management, which is fundamental to the human resource management.The chapter one provides the analysis on relevant theories on that performance appraisaland explains assessment of staff's performance, significance roles, and principles, as well asdefinition and requirement of the subjects, content, relevant methods and existing problems.The chapter two states JXY Company as the instance, make simple introduction to JXY, itincludes purpose, subject, performance examining index etc. To analyze this company currentstaff performance appraisal system, point out its existing problem and deficiency. The chapterthree relevant theories of utilizing the performance appraisal, combining the concrete state ofJXY company, it designs the performance appraisal system again, establish purpose, principle,and examining subject, etc. Combining the institutional framework and the post of JXYCompany especially, establish its key performance index, form more perfect performanceexamining forms and make it test in the company. Through the test, obtains result and makesimple appraisal about it. The chapter four draws some experience and realization fromdesigning the performance appraisal system, and from high aspect to analyze performancequestion. The performance appraisal system should be set up on enterprise's goodmanagement environment, should pay attention to managing the construction of theenvironment and including performance cultural environment, rewards and punishmentsmechanism environment, information environment, etc. At the same time, it dispelsperformance question appearing in examining. Making the performance examining improvestaff's enthusiasm and satisfaction. On system construction that performance examining, itshould accord the changing of environment, and take it change in good time, pay attention tothe development trend of the theory about the performance examining, incorporate the newidea in the performance examining.
