Abstract/Summary:
In this dissertation, the internal field of the management model of power marketingbusiness manager inspection monitoring system of Shijiazhuang electric power supplycompany was studied and analyzed. Data analysis and comparison was Combined,with themean model and the method of cluster sampling to analyze the effect of before and afterimplementation of the management model.First,analyze the trends of abnormal number of questions within6months before themanagement model of business manager was implemented, with the mean model and themethod of cluster sampling to study the data statisticsed by power supply unit, business itemsand examiner topics; Secondly, analyze the trends of abnormal number of questions within12months after the management model of business manager was implemented,with the meanmodel to study the data statisticsed by power supply unit and business items.The results of data analysis and comparison showed that before the management model ofbusiness manager was implemented,the trends of abnormal number of questions statisticsedby power supply unit within6months was upward, the trends of abnormal number ofquestions statisticsed by business items within6months was upward,the trends of abnormalnumber of questions cluster sampled by examiner topics in two business items within6months was that the trends of abnormal number of questions statisticsed by examiner topics ofthe tariff collection and account management was upward, the trends of abnormal number ofquestions statisticsed by examiner topics of the price execution was decline,but the overalltrend was influenced by the greater volatility of TOU execution exception examiner topic,thetrends of other examiner topics in this business item were upward.The trends of abnormalnumber of questions within6months in Shijiazhuang electric power supply company wasupward; After the management model of business manager was implemented,the trends ofabnormal number of questions statisticsed by power supply unit within12months was decline,the trends of abnormal number of questions statisticsed by business items within12monthswas decline. The trends of abnormal number of questions within12months in Shijiazhuang electric power supply company was decline.After the management model of business manager power marketing business managerinspection monitoring system was inplemented,it was able to control the marketing problemseffectively,and made sure the quality of the marketing business and the effect of the servicesin Shijiazhuang electric power supply company.
