A Company is a subsidiary of a listed company.As an enterprise mainly engaged in pig breeding and feed sales,managers are most concerned about how to break through the siege by relying on the strength of human capital in the cold winter of pig breeding market.This paper is based on the advanced employee incentive theory at home and abroad,including Marlowe demand theory,two factor theory,Mc Clellan achievement motivation theory,Fromm expectation theory and Adams equity theory.From the five aspects of equity incentive,salary incentive,promotion incentive,performance incentive and training incentive,the digital survey method used in the writing of the paper,literature research,statistical analysis and comparative research to investigate the existing problems of employee incentive in company A.It is found that company a has complex incentive system,imperfect equity incentive,poor salary incentive effect,vague position promotion and weak performance incentive effect,Then,after in-depth field investigation,detailed dissection of the "hairstyle" problem,the following modification suggestions are put forward: Company A should implement the guarantee of employee incentive mechanism,optimize the equity distribution system,build a perfect salary system,optimize the employee promotion mechanism,improve the performance evaluation scheme and improve the employee training system.Some suggestions have been adopted by the management of company a,so as to improve the employee incentive level of company a,help company a cross the industry trough and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. |
