Under the background of entering the new normal economy, all kinds of enterprises in our country are facing new problems and challenges. In order to better respond to the increasingly competitive market competition, enterprises need to be prepared, especially in human resource management, how to do a good job of employee motivation is more worthy of attention. In enterprise management, incentive is a powerful tool, being the vital role, to mobilize the initiative of the staff activity. By taking incentive measures, the enterprise can fully stimulate potential employees, stimulate employee creativity and provide a solid foundation of human resources for enterprise development. In the knowledge economy era, stimulating the potential of human resources is a topic which each enterprise can not avoid.TYHJ group was established in 2003, whose registered capital is 120 million yuan. As a modern diversified enterprises, has six wholly-owned subsidiary, three controlled subsidiaries and four subsidiary companies. Currently, group company's business involves international trade and domestic trade, import and export customs clearance, international freight forwarders, agricultural production and sales, modern logistics, grain and oil and mineral resources, financial credit and modern ecological agriculture. With the continuous development of the company's business, personnel structure has also been a major change in the high degree, Highly educated and the younger is becoming an important feature of the company's transformation process. The company is in a period of rapid expansion, how to effectively motivate employees is one of the challenges, and in order to ensure the effective implementation of the company's incentive system, study of employee motivation has become an important task at this stage.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and the actual interview, using the theory with practice to analyze the motivation of TYHJ group's staff. The first part has carried on the brief statement involving the research background, research significance, research methods and research content for the full text of the writing, to build a complete logical framework; The second part introduces the related theory of employee motivation, which is the theoretical preparation for the thesis writing; The third part is from the TYHJ group employees incentive situation, analyzing the problems and causes of employee motivation with the method of questionnaire survey; In the fourth part, according to the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, this paper puts forward the optimizing strategy of employee incentive mechanism of TYHJ group; The fifth part is a brief summary of the content of the full text. In this paper, we choose the TYHJ group as the research object, through the study of employee motivation, to enrich the theory of employee management and provide a useful reference for related enterprises with improving the employee motivation management.
