As A company with engineering construction as its main business,A City Investment Company has been established only 7 years ago,but it has been quite large in the local area.But with the rapid development of the enterprise,the human resource management level is relatively lagging,staff work efficiency is low,the system construction is perfect,staff culture age quality difference and enterprise lack of vitality and a series of problems,these problems on the surface are related to a system imperfect or missing,but actually from the problem to the cause analysis,none cannot leave the employee psychological contract.Modern enterprise management believes that the relationship between an enterprise and its employees is a "contractual relationship",which not only includes the formal contract stated in words,but also includes the psychological and implicit psychological contract.On the one hand,both the enterprise and the employees have a series of psychological expectations for each other,such as the employees expect to be recognized by managers,personal career development,salary increase,and the enterprise expects the employees to work hard and maximize the potential,including intellectual,physical or interpersonal relationship;on the other hand,both the enterprise and the employees have certain obligations to each other.Psychological contract is subjective,implicit,dynamic and informal.As the premise of the establishment of trust and loyalty relationship between employees and enterprises,it has a significant influence on the behavior of the individual.Psychological contract is a collection of psychological expectations held by all individuals about the content of the organization’s work relationship.This psychological expectation is reflected in the loyalty,skills,creativity,effort,etc.brought by the individual to the organization,as well as the rewards,wages,benefits,training,promotion,and so on provided by the organization in turn.Therefore,with the perspective of the three-dimensional structure of the psychological contract,it is easier to find the problems existing in the human resource management of enterprises and analyze them,grasp the real expectations of employees,provide feasible solutions for the optimization of the incentive mechanism,help employees realize their self-value,and boost the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper is based on the psychological contract transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension,the A city for the current incentive mechanism,through the enterprise employees to carry out the questionnaire survey and interview,the analysis of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism in the process of operation and reasons,and for these problems,from the perspective of psychological contract,try to put forward my optimization countermeasures.
