As the important part of oil field materials procurement, it hasaccumulated experiences in importing procurement many years in Daqing Oil Field Co..Butbecause of the high technology, long supply cycle, high degree of characteristic,disreplacement and high external risk, import purchasing can affect the production andconstruction of oil field directly.The paper explores the relevant problems of project quality management of procureme ntof imported fracturing truck. The first chapter explains the theorical and practical meanings ofproject quality management of procurement of imported fracturing truck, combs theresearches of domestic and foreign scholars, and research methods and contents of the paper.The second chapter analyses the relevant theory of the paper, including the theory ofprocurement management, project quality management and total quality management. Thethird chapter analyses the present situation, the existing problems, and the gap betweendomestic and abroad. The forth chapter, based on the theory of project total qualitymanagement, the paper builds the total quality management system of imported fracturingtruck. The system includes four parts, the whole period of q uality management, stakeholdersquality management of the project, and procurement project checking of quality management.Finally, the advices are put forward on improving project quality management of importedfracturing truck, such as building management concept and system, procedure management,human resources management, information system, supplier management, quality controlsystem.
