As the third source of profit,more and more enterprises put their focus on the improvement of material procurement.Because material procurement is not only the assistant of supporting production of logistics,but also helps reduce the production cost and expand the profit gap.There is full of material procurement throughout the whole enterprise production and management procedure.Material procurement is the one of the indispensable link of the enterprise management.The level of material procurement would directly affect production process and product quality,and further affect the overall efficiency of the enterprise.In the materials procurement in D oil field,the proportion of imported materials procurement is more than half of the total amount of material procurement.The management of imported materials has become the top priority of material management.Based on it,the paper in-depth explores the mode of imported materials procurement of D oil field from perspective of project management.The paper Uses many analysis methods,such as the survey method,inductive and deductive method,comparative analysis method.The paper regards the imported materials procurement management of D oil field company as the research object.By using these methods,the paper finds out the problems which exist in the imported materials procurement management of D oil field company and resolves them.The paper mainly analyses the project management of imported materials procurement of D oil field from five aspects.First,the paper introduces the research background,significance and the experts research status of domestic and abroad.And then,the paper introduces the basic theory of the application of D oil field company import materials procurement management,including the theory of procurement and procurement management and project management.Third,the paper analyzes the present situation of D oil field company and its import material procurement,and analyzes the problems existing in the purchasing management of imported materials of D oilfield company.Forth,the paper builds the project management mode of imported materials procurement of D oil field company.The mode is reconfigured from four stages,which solves the problems of imported materials procurement of D oil field company.These stages are project initiation,project planning,project implementation and project closure.Finally,the paper puts forwards the countermeasures of improving the level of imported materials procurement,such as human resources management,culture and institution and information platform.
