| With the improvement of global integration, EPCC project general contracting mode inhigh-rise buildings and large industrial projects in recent years is widely used in constructionengineering, material procurement as an important composition of EPCC projects, theessential role in the project construction.But over phenomenon still exists, the seriousinfluence the general contracting enterprise economic benefits.To carry out cost control is thecontrol of project investment shall not exceed the contract limits, more is to obtain the biggestinvestment benefit.EPCC engineering general contracting project is expounded in detail in this paper thecomposition of purchasing cost and project cost management process, I studied the tower gasfield EPCC project procurement management status, found problems in the process ofpurchasing management and analyzes its reason, and detailed study the EPCC engineeringgeneral contracting project management plan, combined with the actual management in theprocess of project procurement and contract management, are introduced from nine aspectsrelated, as well as the head of the main work content, the head of the and relevant process isstudied.Research shows that: the main problems in purchasing management is mainly forprocurement system is imperfect and personnel professional quality is not high.Finally fromperfecting system, strengthening the cost control, to set up the purchasing management system,develop supplier management strategy, promote the trust mechanism, increase staffprofessional knowledge training and communication aspects such as optimizing procurementcost control management. |
