With the development of economic intergration, the threats and opportunitiesbrought by the fast economic development have made the Chinese enterprises realize thatthe deteminants of organizational success is the management competition. And the focusof the enterprise management is how to implement effective enterprise strategies andhave the performance-apprasing system. With the keeping development of diversifiedenterprise performance evaluation and evaluation indes system, the traditional evaluationsystem which is completely based on financial data can’t meet the demand of theenterprise management and the need of the competitiveness of enterprises. The balancedscorecard system which is based on strategic map offers a stragetic framework. Thestrategic map is based on the balanced scorecard finacial, customers, internal processesand learning and growth. After connecting the four levels with a chain of causation, theoverall structure of the analysis will be described to the strategy executives clearly.As with many domestic enterprises,Zhuzhou Gear Co.Ltd focuses on performancemanagement to develop and implement the work plan. Now in Zhuzhou Gear Co.Ltd theperformance assessment is by the KPI key performance indicators as the guiding ideology.However the traditional Financial accounting mode Not for strategic investmentevaluation of theresults. In the actual management process,it exits a large gap from thestrategic objectives of enterprises and the results of performance management is not veryidealin Zhuzhou Gear Co.,Ltd.Today, the information technology develops very fast theenterprises must Invest personanel training, technological innovation, production processcontrol, supply chain and customer relationship and get the motivation.The author, under the principles of problem-oriented, through field research andinterviews, basing on SBC theoretical guidance and starting from Zhuzhou Gear Co.Ltdstrategy selection, makes sure the effectives of the balanced scorecard system.This project generally does researches on the construct of the balanced scorecardsystem, which is on the basis of Strategy Map, done by Zhuzhou Gear Co. Ltd, as well asthe analysis of the key performance indicators. On one hand, however, only writingtemplates including forms and cards as well as some corresponding strategies are given inthe actualizing of the key performance indicators. On the other hand, this balancedscorecard system and the key performance indicators are put into effect no more than oneyear that neither separated leadings nor long-term observations about the proving of the indicators were carried out, which means not only more concrete analysis of theindicators but also amount of long-term researches are required to be in progress byZhuzhou Gear Co. Ltd, in order to combine the theory and practice.The author believes that through the study of the Balanced score card system basedon Strategy Map and practical applications in Zhuzhou Gear Co. Ltd, an idea can bedetermined, that is, a systematic implementation for progress of BSC strategy map cardsystem that is provided theoretically by the Balanced score card system based on strategictargets, offer a contribution to both the improvement of key performance indicators (KPI)and the development of the goal management theory (MBO), which is worthy to bepopularized in China enterprises.
