| The power grid enterprises as the forefront link in the production chain of grid, are taken more attention, the management of human resources is also a new trend. But human resource performance management involves, in large part a continuation of the traditional management model under the planning system, the internal mechanisms are inadequate, lack of energy, the efficiency is not high. Particularly in assessing the performance of the personnel working poor, superficial, formal serious, system building behind, performance and personnel and departmental interests decoupling, quantitative management tasks mostly stay in the program book, is difficult to reflect objectivity and impartiality of the performance evaluation. Therefore, the performance appraisal of grid staff needs improving.Since2013, with the reform and improving of State Grid, the institutional framework, production process and management system has been changed. Moreover, with the implementation of unattended and integration operation mode of ZheJiang Electric Power Maintennance Company, the original performance management mode faces adaptive change demand.This thesis firstly carries out an investigation of ZheJiang Electric Power Maintennance Company on its characteristics and management features.Secondly, the theory and practice of performance management are summarized and analyzed. Moreover, the performance evaluation system for the exploration and demonstration on maintenance personnel is reserched. Last but not least, a rational performance evaluation system which based on the KPI theory has been built up not only on the organizational level but also on the personnel level. |
