Along with the deepening of electric power system and the investment and financing system reform and development, the reasonable proportion of the investment plan for input, output and analysis of the demand is higher and higher., Power transmission and transformation of the development level, it is decided to a country’s social progress and economic development level one of the important basic conditions, is an important carrier of the power supply, is a matter of national economy and people’s livelihood and social stability.Power transmission and transformation project post-evaluation is whether the inspection project implementation due to the construction goal and the effect of efficiency important means and the link, therefore, from the decision-making, the Angle of technology, management, economy, environmental protection and power transmission and transformation engineering of the necessity and rationality, normative, advanced, economic analysis and evaluation, is of important decision-making reference and great realistic meaning.At first, this paper studies the project post-evaluation theory, secondly on the basis of analyzing the research characteristics of the power transmission and transformation project, determines the main content of the power transmission and transformation engineering economic benefit analysis, finally combining with west500kv line project, determine the economic benefits after evaluation index system, and has carried on the evaluation to its economic benefits. Is adopted in this paper, on the selection of evaluation model by using the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and apply the entropy thought to the weight correction process, using the method of entropy weight correction based on analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the initial weights, get the final weight. Through this method is a combination of the subjective and objective weight determination method, index data processing to achieve a combination of the qualitative and quantitative, make evaluation result more scientific and reasonable. Final evaluation results show that the circuit is better economic benefits, power transmission and transformation engineering construction has a certain reference role for the future.
