| Based on the marketization reformation of power industry in recent years, decision makers pay more attention on the economic benefit of investment project. The post-evaluation of electricity investment project is attached importance, while its effect and signification is recognized recently. This paper analyzes systemic the theories and methods of post-evaluation in detail, and then focuses on the economic benefits post-evaluation of the power transmission &transformation project. Based on their characteristics and contents, the index system of economic benefits the post-evaluation is established. BP artificial neural network with fuzzy optimum selection is contrasted with Multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation Model in this section. The proposed index system and methods are applied to a practical urban network Construction project of Le Shan power grid company, and numerical results verified the validity and feasibility of them. It is useful for the standardization and systematization of the economic benefits post-evaluation, and it makes useful experiment for further in-depth study. |
