Yanji city Star Hotel industry is built from the1988Baishan building began to develop gradually, Yanji now has more than40Star Hotel. With the development of economy and the growth of per capita GDP, everyone’s consumption concept has changed. Most people are of the opinion that the hotel is not only a place to stay, and it is a party, the dining place.At present, Yanji city Star Hotel catering business income has reached50%, becoming the main income of Star Hotel. Food and beverage industry revenue increased to stimulate consumption and promote the Korean ethnic culture, played an important and positive role in improving the investment environment.Food and beverage department is in the Star Hotel each department staff one of the largest number of departments, staff average age of the smallest one department, the waiter to directly face the guests to provide services in a department, is also a waiter turnover largest department. According to this situation this paper is according to the factors influencing the catering department in Yanji city Star Hotel attendant loss rate to put forward their own point of view.Firstly, this paper divides the catering department Star Hotel attendant loss of salary and benefits, the rate of attendant training and working environment, interpersonal relationship, promotion space in five dimensions to analyze the catering department in Yanji city Star Hotel staff turnover factors.
