Then, itintroduces the development history and performance appraisal management status ofYuehua Power Company, and discusses the major problems in performance appraisal.After describing the ideas and principles of performance appraisal improvement, thispaper introduces the change in performance appraisal index design. Finally, this paperintroduces the obstacles encountered and the measures taken by Yuehua Company inperformance appraisal improvement, and compares the company operation statusbefore and after the implementation performance appraisal improvement.
