As a result, design a performance evaluation management project for MM Company.Through MM Company's performance management setup practice, we could found it is the best way to establish an incessant ascends performance management system. This performance management system based on working process, use reason-result form and moon chart to get KPI, practice FMEA to improve working status and analyze the performance evaluation result to design improvement plan.Production Company has huge headcount and more position; average employees'educational background is not very well, production position need higher professional background, basic level management is weakness. So, it is hard to design, practice and improve for a production company's performance management. Therefore, MM Company's performance management research provides a new way for other company.
