Design And Evaluation Of Intelligent Power Grid In Harbin

Harbin city is the capital of Heilongjiang Province. Harbin power grid is an important part of Northeast power system. The city power equipment development has a long history, but impacted by economic shocks in recent years, the grid develops relatively slower than other domestic developed cities. At present, Harbin regional power grid operation features are relatively abundant power supply but weak structure, not high intelligent degree, much obsolete equipment and relatively dispersed load distribution.Influnced by the geographical location and the temperature, Harbin power grid operation exist a apparently seasonal work characteristic. In addition, the power grid which has kinds of risks does not have a strong self-healing capability.Aiming at these problems, this article take the Harbin city power system intelligent design and evaluation for the project through the study of the smart grid’s the connotation and the significance.The paper draws lessons from domestic and international advanced intelligent city grid building method and experience, makes500kV smart transmission line, intelligent and centralized control center building, the secondary systems of intelligent alarm system, intelligent community building and intelligent marketing services as a specific entry point to explore the method and way of strong smart grid building and how to improve the power grid risk self-healing capability and raise Harbin city power grid’s security and reliability from various aspects of generation, transmission, substation, distribution and scheduling. Through the discussion and the research, the paper will give some proposal to some intelligent grid projects such as power grid equipment modification and smart grid building in alpine region.
