| This paper, from the point of feedback of post-evaluation, performs further research on the power grid construction management mode in order to bring more positive action of the result of post-evaluation according to the post-evaluation of power grid construction process.Firstly, this paper analysis the situation of the civil power grid construction management and the implementation of post-evaluation at present, And dwelling on the relation between post-evaluation of process and construction management mode from objective rule of productivity and production relations. Secondly, according to the current situation of power grid, the paper builds the appraise index system of power grid construction based on practical research and play a comprehensive evaluation with multiple hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, based on post-evaluation of process, in allusion to several problems of current power grid construction, the paper suggests that the PMC pattern is one kind which is suitable to our power grid construction management mode, and the paper also gives a step further discussion of excitation-constraint between project company and the PMC contractor based on the thought of total cost management. |
