Research On Supplier Selection In Dalian Power Company Based On Process Management

In order to realize the strategic development requirements of’Intensive management’, Dalian Power Supply Company established the logistics center to be responsible for municipal material purchasing work. After the establishment of the logistics center, new materials purchasing process was drawn up, and centralized purchase business management was realized for the enterprise. But due to the lack of theoretical guidance system and in-depth research, there were still exist certain problems in the actual management. The contents of this dissertation, based on above mentioned points, are mainly consisted of the following parts:The research of this thesis aimed to, by material management theory of the related results, dig deep the essence of the theory and the application relations of power grid enterprise material management. The basic theory combined with practice. Paper analyzes the problems in current management theory in the logistics center, to explore effective method to solve the problems existing in the work. The paper detailed expounds the existing problems of three basic theoretical connotation basic theory(supplier management, supply chain management, whole process management), and puts forward the design of improvement and optimization for various problems.In the meanwhile, this paper put forward a new index system for supplier evaluation and selection, by further reading material management three big theories and Summarizing the research achievements of the supplier selection, that covers the entire life cycle of power supplies. Especially, for the problems of regional equipment diversification encountered in the actual work area, demand compatibility indexes are put forward. For the problems that quality is difficult to realize the closed loop management, settlement cooperation degree index is proposed. Finally, based on the specific needs of certain aspects of the supplier, the calculation example set higher weights to these two indicators with the aid of expert scoring, by determining the weight using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). To some extent, this method highlights the importance of the device compatible with requirements and quality closed-loop management in optimal selection supplier. At the same time put forward the corresponding requirements for supplier delivery and warehousing sectors.
