Carried out research work in competitive intelligence significance lies in the full use of modern information technology to build an integrated electricity enterprise information systems, information resources on the existing dig integrated, enterprise internal information sharing, external information exchange and information systems integration of the organic unity enable enterprises to adapt to environmental change, to make optimal decisions and gain a competitive advantage, but it also as an enterprise to adapt to changes in the external environment to make strategic decisions and competitive strategies of technical support for enterprises to provide a basis for decision-making competition and demonstration.This article explores a power industry competitive intelligence system, theoretically completed the System. The system includes a platform:competitive intelligence sharing platform; four systems:build competitive intelligence gathering subsystem, competitive intelligence analysis subsystem, competitive intelligence data mining subsystem, competitive intelligence service subsystem combines intelligence system. Information technology-based intelligence gathering, processing, transmission and service unified system. Analysis of the workflow system, a relatively complete system of competitive intelligence work is mainly composed of the following parts, namely information needs identified-intelligence-intelligence-intelligence services-user feedback five workflow. Finally, two aspects about human resources and management systems, given some suggestions and measures to protect the power industry competitive intelligence systems up and run normally.
