With the acceleration of economic globalization, factors of production is flowingrapidly in the world, and the is the typical of this phenomenon. Generally, international labor mobility can not only solve the problem of labor shortage in inputcountry, but also can improve the employment and income situation in output country. As a labor resource-rich countries, China has long faced the the enormous pressure onemployment, so the international labor mobility will promote the sustainable andstable development of China economy. However, the Chinese labor hasdisproportionate share in the international labor market, and the scale of internationallabor mobility needs to be increased. Chinese labor is about20%of the world total, but the share is only about2%in the international labor market, which has a biggap with Mexico, Philippines and other labor output countries. Therefore, studyon Chinese labor multinational mobility not only can guide on theory, but alsocan provide decision-making basis for government departments.Since the reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place inChinese international labor mobility both in form and scale. Through the study ofthe transnational flow of labor literature Through the study of the existing literature ininternational labor mobility, this paper elaborates the mechanisms of factors ofinternational labor mobility as push-pull effect, network effect, economicglobalization effect, and so on. After experiencing the three wave of migration, theexport of labor services is the main way of Chinese international labor mobility atpresent, and it concentrated in labor-intensive industries in Asia and Africa relatively. On the basis of dynamic model of international labor mobility, using2001-2010China labor output sample data of30major countries and regions, this paperthis paper construct factors of international labor mobility such as income gap, relative changes in the supply and demand of labor, international trade and directinvestment, and test their effects on Chinese international labor mobility with2SLSmethod. The result shows that: Chinese non-financial OFDI is good for Chineseinternational labor mobility, but the effect of FDI is not significant. Meanwhile theincome gap has significant effects on international labor mobility, and the elastic coefficient is0.29. In addition, empirical test found that regional differences havesignificant effect on Chinese international labor mobility. Among the factors, thehuman capital, international trade and OFDI could significantly promote internationallabor mobility in eastern region, but not in the central and western regions.
