Today, with the constant development of the world economy, small andmedium-sized enterprise cluster brand has become a hot brand around the world. SinceDecember1,2010,Shanxi has been approved to set up”the national comprehensivereform pilot area of economic transformation of resources”by the national developmentand reform commission formally.Shanxi has been greatly developed. As aresource-based provinces of Shanxi, the old industrial base and underdeveloped regions,and weak brand influence, so brand cluster effect is poor, how to walk the road of brandis a problem worthy to be discussed, so small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxibrand cluster development research topic.Industrial cluster is the inevitable choice of intensive development in a society. Asa means of industrial cluster upgrading, building brand cluster is the development of ourcountry and the only way is enterprise cluster. China’s economy has entered the brandage, small and medium-sized enterprise must make influential brand clusterdevelopment in the future and be competive. To achieve the cluster sustainabledevelopment. companies should be more reference and absorb domestic and foreignrelevant theories, combining the actual situation of Shanxi, targeted and reasonableabsorb these theories and experience, to Shanxi’s enterprises, especially thedevelopment of the cluster enterprise brand construction, want to work of Shanxi brandcluster development of small and medium-sized enterprises can act as guidance andreference.The research based on the small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province, thispaper first through the literature analysis method for small and medium-sizedenterprises cluster theory and related research status at home and abroad. Brand clusteris discussed on the basis of relevant theories, and the paper analyzes the currentsituation and the problem on the small and medium-sized enterprise brand clusterdevelopment and the environment of the brand cluster development in Shanxi province,and then design the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi brandquestionnaire, the factors affecting the development of a cluster of samples within thescope of the small and medium-sized enterprises and on this basis, using the analytichierarchy process to these influence factor weighting analysis, it is concluded that theimportance of them, and using SPSS16.0statistical analysis was carried out on the original data, finally bring forward the development strategy of Shanxi small andmedium-sized enterprise brand cluster:1, train and absorb high-level research anddevelopment, and management personnel, improve the ability of independent researchand development and technological innovation;2,culture construction in ShanxiProvince small and medium-sized enterprises cluster;3, play to regional advantages,create cluster brand.
