The Research On Spatial Correlation And Coordination Development Between Tourism Industrial Structure And Tourism Industrial Cluster Inchina’s Coastal Areas

Tourism has become to be the new economic growth point and the pillarindustries of China’s eastern coastal areas. It is in a golden period of development, butalso in a historical period of strategic promotion, prominent contradictions andindustrial transformation. The tourism industry is facing strong stress from structuraladjustment, optimization and upgrading. Fostering tourism industry cluster is a newmodel of tourism development, and it is also an exploration and a new breakthroughs.The tourism industry cluster is a geopolitical phenomenon of the tourism industryduring its evolution process, also as an advanced form of tourism industrial structure.Meanwhile, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure also promotestourism industry cluster rational and healthy.Based on the travel and tourism industry restructuring industrial agglomerationtheory, share deviation method using Shift Share Analysis Method, and scale factorstructure of the tourism industry, such as rationalization and measure the level ofsophistication. Use the tourism industry location quotient index to measure the degreeof China’s coastal provinces tourism industry gathering. Build evaluation indexsystem of the tourism industry and tourism industry cluster structure level degree, andmulti-index composite index model of industrial structure in China’s coastal provincesand the level of travel and tourism industry Composite index to quantify the degree ofconcentration estimates. The tourism industry structure adjustment and optimization isintegrated into the framework of industrial agglomeration to explore the optimizationand upgrading of industrial structure from the regional tourism industry clusterperspective, aiming to provide system of theoretical basis about promoting coastaltourism industry elements of the rational allocation of space, structural optimizationand upgrading of the tourism industry, solving many structural contradictions andproblems that appear in the coastal tourism industry, fostering and forming tourismindustrial restructuring and tourism industry gathering in the space of positiveinteraction, coordination coupling mechanism and providing important practicalsignificance.The paper selects space error model (SEM) to estimate the whole domainparameter of “the effect of the tourism industry agglomeration degree to the tourismindustrial structure level”, the results show that the error shock of adjacent coastalcities has the significant positive role in the tourism industrial structure level of centercoastal cities, and when the tourism industrial structure level of adjacent coastal citiesrises1%, that of center coastal cities rises0.3176868%. It has the significantpositive effect of the tourism industry agglomeration degree to the tourism industrialstructure level, in the case of other conditions remaining unchanged,0.113524%increase in the tourism industrial structure level of coastal cities for every1%increasein the tourism industry agglomeration degree.The estimation of local constant parameter results of "The effect of the tourism industrial concentration to the level of tourism industrial structures" shows that, structure level of tourism industry to raise at least0.1%when the coastal city of tourism industrail agglomeration degree each increase1%. Tourism industrial concentration degree had the most obvious effect on the optimization and upgrading of the structure of to urism industry in the coastal city, coastal city in Yangtza River Dalta region is a littleweak, and in the coastal city of Pearl River Delta region is more week.This paper applies OLS to estimate the whole domain parameter of “The tourismindustrial structure level acts on tourism industry agglomeration” of Costalcities,which shows that the structure of tourism industry has a positive andsignificant effect on agglomeration degree of tourism. Without considering otherfactors, if the tourism industrial structure level increases1percent,the regionaltourism industry agglomeration will increase7.622267percent.The whole domain parameter of “the tourism industrial structure level acts ontourism industry agglomeration”, which shows that, if the tourism industryagglomeration of every costal city increase1%, the tourism industrial structure levelwill increase6.01%at least. Among of them, coefficient estimates of costal city centerof Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are larger, but that of the coastal city ofBohai rim region is smaller, in the Bohai rim region, there is room for improvementbecause of playing small role in the tourism industry agglomeration of the coastalcities.Among the Coastal provinces (cities), except the Hebei Province, the averagecoupling number of tourism industry structure level and the tourism industryagglomeration is0.95, which means the interaction of them is very strong. Thecoupling coordinated development degree about the tourism industry of the tourismindustry structure level and the tourism industry agglomeration of the Coastalprovinces is between0.357and0.755, which means the coupling coordinateddevelopment degree is between mild disorders and moderate coordination. Tianjin asthe growth pole of the tourism industry structure and tourism industry clustercoordinated development of the Circum-Bohai Sea Region, like Shanghai as thegrowth pole of the Yangtze river delta area and Guangdong as the growth pole of thepearl river delta region, each of them play as a leading role in their regions.The model of the tourism industry structure and tourism industry clustercoordinated development can be divided into three types: the tourism industrycluster-oriented, the tourism industry structure-oriented and the government-supported. In order to strengthen the interaction coordination of thetourism industry and tourism industry cluster structure, Coastal areas shouldinnovative tourism product development, change the technology path of tourismindustry, transform the tourism industry management model, improve the tourismindustry infrastructure, vary tourism industry policy and institutional, strengthenregional collaboration, optimize the regional distribution etcetera.
