Study On Tourism Optimizing Special Structre Of Coastal Zone

With the quick development of economy and tourism in China, coastal tourism exploitation becomes more and more popular. Due to the lack of systemic programming of spatial structure, quite a few coastal tourism zones are facing serious environmental pressure. Especially for new-fashioned coastal tourism zones which depending on urban development, they need to face tour rush during boom season when short-distanced tourists rushing headlong into action. Therefore, the optimization of spatial structure is of vital importance for sound development of coastal tourism zones.Based on the researches on spatial structure and the cognitive analysis of spatial structure factors, this thesis aims to analyze spatial structure by subjective qualitative evaluation and objective quantitative calculation.First, this thesis analyzes and validates the results given by the tourists according to their perceptions using objective method of measurement of spatial structure (including spatial dispersion of scenic spots, connectivity of communication network, etc.) Second,by referring to the theories of spatial structure in geography, general rules of tourism planning as well as programming of famous sceneries, based on the combination of the actual conditions of coastal tourism zones and experts'questionnaires. Then, it defines assessment index system framework of spatial structure of coastal tourism zones development after consulting the related literature and doing field researches. It consists of three themes of nodes, veins and regions of coastal tourism zones. The theme of nodes can be divided into two levels: scenic spots of tourism attractions and public service points. The veins of coastal tourism zones also fall into two levels: regional transportation and path within regions, and then the regions of coastal tourism zones include three levels: the complementary degree of functional areas, the quality of visual and sensible sceneries.Third, the author invites twenty experts to judge the importance degree of every index and make multiple comparisons among the indexes of all levels and then give marks. By utilizing the method of AHP and MATLAB7.0 software, this research calculates the maximum eigenvalues of every matrix and their corresponding eigenvectors. And then after making volume normalization and consistency check, it defines the weights of every index according to the experts'judgments.Forth, by taking Jinshan, Fengxian and Nanhui in the north shore of HangZhou Bay as examples, distributes questionnaires to the tourists during different periods and invites them to give marks to each question, and then calculates the final marks based on the above weights.Make a comparison between the result of tourists perception marks and the quantitive culculatin in Chapter 3. Then sum up the 6 major problems of the tourist spacial structure of north shore of Hangzhou Bay:â…°) Valid adjustment ratio of regional scenic spots and areas is low;â…±) Eco-region classification is relatively weak;â…²) Seeing from spatio-temporal combination, the seasonal combination of tourism activities is poor;â…³) The reciprocal copulation of functional zones is not high;â…´) The copulation of paths within regions is not reasonable enough;â…µ) Regional cooperation degree still needs strengthening.Finally, based on the empirical study, this thesis puts forward the following optimizing policies for the north shore of HangZhou bay coastal tourism zones in the aspect of spatial structure:i) Coastal tourism zone special developing strategy will take the approach of point-axismode,whose core growth poles shall be Chengshishatan,Bihaijinsha,Dishuihu.ii) Aiming at the phenomenon of being crammed with visitors in some hot scenic spots near the sea, it suggests taking the measure of diffluence in other scenic spots. iii) Making Eco-region classification and layered development by taking healthy coast as theme;â…³) Making use of holidays, festivals and other ways to enliven the market in low season relying on financial capabilities and utilizing; v) Enhancing the copulation between other regional cultures and coast culture, and using big culture to hold together scattered distributions of scenic spots;vi) Building barrier-free public transportation service system;vii) Building differentiated development strategy and reinforcing regional tourism cooperation and clusterization development.Thus, this thesis proposes to develop spatial structure of coastal tourism zones towards networking, normalization, standardization, humanization and technicalization.
