| Manufacturing industry has always been one of the important industries of promoting economic growth. Especially for developing countries, it is to make full use of advantages of resources and realize the key from the agricultural society to industrial society. It plays a decisive role. In our country, since reform and opening up, in the circumstances of economic globalization and the division of labor and closer cooperation, manufacturing industry got great development. The high speed development of manufacturing industry not only promotes the development of our country’s economy but also realize the collaboration between industries. It further promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industry, thus to promote the development of other related industries. At the same time, it creates more job opportunities and achieves win-win situation. At first, China’s eastern coastal area of the manufacturing industry is regarded as a starting point of foreign trade processing. For the future development laid the important foundation of manufacturing, the area constantly participates in the international market competition and cooperation and it develops more mature than other parts of the domestic development to account for the major share of manufacturing industry. Manufacturing enterprises is not only based on the following orders, processing production, sale in domestic market and export growth, but also on the spatial aggregation of good implementation status of industrial cluster. It has efficient use of infrastructure and it promotes the positive development of the manufacturing industries.This article first introduces the concept. And it needs to have a macro understanding about trade cluster and a scientific understanding of the essence. Then it introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign research on cluster space transfer. Mainly from the cluster spatial shift theory and transfer reason as well as transfer path, it introduces the development of foreign trade cluster. At the same time, through the establishment of interregional industry properties between model and industrial gradient transfer model, it shows that problems and countermeasures should be put forward in the processing of foreign trade set space evolution, network distribution, transfer phenomenon, reason of the cluster, the influence of transferred to regional development present situation as well as the value chain under the background of industrial upgrading. Combination of processing trade under the background of cluster research, this paper selected the transfer of coastal shoe industry cluster in our country as the main case study analysis. It introduces the concepts and classifications of shoemaking processing manufacturing industry cluster in our country. It also introduces the development history, status of industry cluster and distribution. Then it analyzed the mechanism of the shoe industrial cluster of the space transfer and path selection, also it included the internal and external factors of the impact of these cluster space transfer. And it points out the problem and the facing confusion of the cluster space transferring and industrial upgrading. The problems mainly include the industrial chain of low-end, unreasonable industrial structure, low value-added products, the poor ability of enterprise brand innovation and technological innovation. In the face of these problems existing in the transferring and upgrading, modified measures should be proposed for the cluster, which need better to realize the shoe industry cluster upgrading, footwear enterprise industrial chain upgrading, the brand and the technology upgrading.Finally, the article pointed out that the transferring and upgrading of the cluster in China’s foreign trade is not a pure economic behavior. It is shoee further promoting the value of the industrial chain, and more of the important measures to participate in the international division of labor and cooperation The transferring and upgrading of industrial cluster is not only the task of enterprises, but also a long time process which needs government and society promotion. |
