The Influence Of Environmental Dynamics On The The Relationship Between The Resources Allocation And Performance Of High-tech Enterprises

After the economic crisis of2008,China deeply felt that only with the currentindustr y structure and economic development model is difficult to keep ing thesustainable competitive advantage in increasingly fierce international competition,andwe must use this opportunit y to readjust ing China’s industr y structure andtransforming the domestic economic.Practical experience and theory research resultsall proved that the sustainable motivation of future economic growth mostly based onstate’s scientific advancements and technological innovation capacity,at the same timeChina government put the promotion of this capacity and the development ofhigh-technology industr y in the core position of national development strategy.It isneeded to pay more attention to the high-tech enterprise. Even previous research hasgot a lot of achievements, but these results may differ for high-tech enterprises. So it isnecessary to research the high and new technology enterprise of the resourcesallocation and enterprise performance.This article classif ied the enterprise s’ resource based on the theoretical logic of‘Resources-Capacity-P erformance’. In this article’s empirical research, combined withthe purpose of this study and project’s requirement, we mainly adopt ed the objectivedata from the public platform for empirical research. In order to describe the dynamicenvironment, resource allocation of high-Tech enterprise and the corporateperformance comprehensi vely as far as possible,on the basis of previous research wecollected several indicators for each factor,and reducted the data by factor analysismethod.The empirical results show that: resource allocation factor has a significant effecton enterprise performance, this result,on the other hand, also proved the division ofenterprise resource in this paper is valid; Environmental dynamism has a significanteffect on enterprise performance; Moreover, on the relationship between resourcesallocation and enterprise performance, environmental dynamics has play a significantmoderating effect. We think the results in this article is helpful for managers,especially for high-tech enterprises managers when improv ing the consciousness ofenvironmental change、 enhanc ing the capacity of the enterprise and promoting theenterprise performance in some scale.
