Nowadays the market competition has become more and more intense, enterprises are facing challenges from all sides, only innovations will give enterprises an inexhaustible motive force to develop and undefeated. How to improve their innovation performance and competitiveness have become the business problems to be solved.More and more companies, especially the high-tech enterprises of technology-intensive have realized that solely relying on internal knowledge has far can not meet the demand for innovation, we must absorb external knowledge. Absorptive capacity has become the main source of competitive advantage. This paper based on a lot of literature, starting from the structural dimension of the absorption capacity, analysis the affecting factors of the formation of absorption capacity. Based on the three process dimensions of the absorption capacity to establishes a model of absorptive ability and Innovation performance, theoretical analysis Absorptive capacity dimensions (Exploratory processes, Transformative processes, Exploitative processes).Try to add the environmental turbulence to the model and study whether when the external environment is in an unstable state, the absorptive capacity of each dimension to impact the Innovation performance is still significant or not. Finally, the empirical analysis for the theoretical analysis of the hypotheses proposed for testing.Paper uses the questionnaire, including the Cronbach’s a coefficient, Exploratory factor analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire; then use structural equation modeling study to validate the hypotheses proposed.
