Tianjin port is the largest comprehensive port in north China, it is the pivotal ports along the coast of China and the integrated transportation system important hub.Tianjin port have breakthrough with throughput of520million tons,13.5million teu container, have25000labor dispatch staff.In economic construction under the situation of rapid development, port construction requires a lot of labor workers, they are the cornerstone of port construction, in the most basic work, contribution to port construction and development of the enormous power.Tianjin port facilities center each year to recruit50service employees, the core management system or facilities is the change of the labor market, the loss of labor workers become the main topic.
