With the development of China Economy,China gradually increase household disposable income,tourism and hotel industry also will be rapid development.In recent years,the hotel industry has become one of the fastest developing industries in the national economy,and take the lead in the same international standards.But the human resources management in the hotel industry have many problems,resulting in serious loss of staff,not only increases the hotel human replacement cost,and will take away the commercial,technical secrets,customer resources,if left unchecked,will ultimately affect the hotel continued development potential and competitiveness.Therefore,the correct understanding of the realities of human resources,through careful analysis to find the problem,and then find a feasible solution is very necessary.This thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,taking the Yiwu XF International Conference Center as the research object.This thesis first introduces the concept of staff turnover and theoretical analysis model,and a review of the literature on reducing staff turnover at domestic and abroad is carried out.Then it analyzes the current situation of the center staff and management of staff turnover.On the issue of staff turnover,Yiwu XF International Conference Center's staff turnover rate is much higher than the same level of hotel industry;while noting that the center there are many problems in staff management,such as: staff recruitment more casual;a lot of relationship household;no staff training system;lack of flexibility in terms of remuneration and appraisal;lack of democratic evaluation,and other job mobility and promotion.Followed by access to interviews,questionnaire designed to further analyze the many reasons for staff turnover,mainly elaborated its own staff,enterprise management factors and social environment in these three areas.Finally I put forward sound through improved recruitment and training,design optimization,pay adjustment system and strengthen the cultural construction of organizational initiatives to reduce staff turnover,achieve sustained and stable development of the health of Yiwu XF International Conference Center provide some theoretical guidance.The conclusions of this thesis can provide a reference place for other hotels in human resources reforms.
