China’s economy has entered a period of new normal, which requires companies to take appropriate strategic change for healthy and stable development, the human resources reform is an important part of these strategic changes, and the stability of personnel reform process is a huge challenge facing the human resources reform. How to prevent serious staff turnover in the present case of market and national policy changes.First of all, lots of literature and theory were sorted out, taking a general understanding of the staff turnover in Chinaunicom branch A, surveys have been done to maintenance staff of Chinaunicom Branch A in the study, as well as some special person interviews. SPSS is used to make data analysis of employee satisfaction, figure out satisfaction problems based on the principle of incentive, finding out specific reasons of maintenance staff turnover of the company from pay policy, work environment, corporate culture etc. And predicting the stability of employees of Chinaunicom Branch A.Secondly, based on the principle of "less change more affect", aiming at these problems above, put forward the countermeasures about staff truing, occupation planning, salary policy reform and turnover process optimization. And also point out the disadvantages and improvement aspects in the research.Finally, according to research and analysis of maintenance staff turnover of Chinaunicom Branch A, given the author’s own conclusions, Improving the staff salaries for all levels scientifically to meet the needs of employees, to inspire staff enthusiasm, to maintain the stability of the employee it is reasonable and effective. It is a good reference value at the frontline staff remuneration rectification for ISP like Chinaunicom in the future.
