And also point out the disadvantages and improvement aspects in the research.Finally, according to research and analysis of maintenance staff turnover of Chinaunicom Branch A, given the author’s own conclusions, Improving the staff salaries for all levels scientifically to meet the needs of employees, to inspire staff enthusiasm, to maintain the stability of the employee it is reasonable and effective. It is a good reference value at the frontline staff remuneration rectification for ISP like Chinaunicom in the future.
