World economic slowed down in 2015,the road to global recovery was in difficult bumpy.The negative growth of international trade slowed the pace of global economic recovery in 2016,part of the enterprise in the "bankruptcy" and "profit" edge,revocation,merger,downsizing become magic weapons for enterprises to deal with the tough economic environment.Homan Shenzhen as the procurement center of headquarter and a trading company,the situation is difficult obviously.From 2006 to 2016,the business of Homan Shenzhen is from thriving,down and up to keep stable,employee relations management constantly make adjustment and innovation from the aspects of culture,system and communication to meet the needs of different periods.First of all,this thesis introduces the background and significance of the staff relations research from the perspective of international economy and domestic environment.Reveal the picture of a real hundred years of excellent foreign company in today’s economic environment situation.Utilize the perspectives of the employee relations theories to analyze the development and transformation of the employee relationship management.Next,the thesis starting from the study of the present situation of employee relationship management of Homan Shenzhen,explore the main contradictions and problems,develop the reasons of employee relations problems,points out the necessity and urgency of improving employee relationship management.This thesis focuses on staff relations improvement program designing and process follow-up,to ensure the enhancement of employee satisfaction and employee engagement,reduce employee turnover and labor disputes.Finally,it reaches a conclusion that the enterprise employee relationship management and improvement under the crisis is a systematic project.Good employee relationship management can help enterprises get through the crisis and promote development.
