With the increasingly fierce international competition, the advanced science technology and the changeable enterprises, we have a new understanding of the word "employee", the excellent human resources has a great importance on enterprises. How to make each employee play to their talent and value is the prominent problem in front of every enterprise, so is the most of the labor service companies in the economy market. As we all know, there is much difference between the service company and the general ones. The main force of the labor company is the dispatch staff, making the hiring and use of the labor force separated, which is the special kind of employment forms.Therefore, the number of the employees and the quality of them is the direct factor in getting economic benefits and building good social image.Throughout the reality, all types of the service companies emerge one after another and the employee’s quality has been significantly improved. At the same time, the employment range is also gradually expanding. However, there are many weaknesses in this process of development. Because of the down age structure, low skill level, immature operation and different identity, the dispatch staff has great problems in efficiency, quality, organizational loyalty and mobility which severely restricts the company’s long-term development. For service companies, they should design realistic strategic business planning, establish the reasonable human resources management system, nurture high-quality staff and make good use of the opportunities on employee orientation training and these goals should be explored and put into practice by each service company. Only in this way, can the service companies get much benefit, demand the needs of the staff and achieve the company’s human resources for sustainable development.This paper chooses the Service Development Company A as the research object and is based on the contemporary management theory and related training theory. Through the practical visits and survey analysis of the service company A, the paper sums up the problems and deficiencies in the company’s employee training system, at the same time, this thesis optimizes the combination of the training system, puts forward practical rationalization proposals and finds out a suitable training system in the future development. This paper mainly consists of six parts, as follows:Introduction about this research and the background and abroad significance; the outline of the pre-job training knowledge; pre-service training problems and causes of the problem on service company A; the designation of the pre-service training program; the safeguard measures about staff training on company A and the final conclusions and expectations.Through the literature study, practical investigation, questionnaire survey and analysis of inductive method and so on,this paper carries out the studies and points out the problems and reasons on service company A, at the same time, combining with the company’s actual situation and relevant training theory and experience, this paper focuses on the training plan and training courses and implements training programs during precautions.Then at last, the paper builds the training evaluation mechanism for the entire training activities, thus retaining the integrity and consistency of the entire training system, which can promote the improvement of the human resource management system about service company A well. I hope this study will help the corporate training system as well as provide references for other service company’s training system.
