Research On The Locating Of Fruit And Vegetable Cold-chain Logistics Distribution Center

Relying on the booming economy over the years and continuous growth of comprehensive strength of our country, people have more disposable income, which lead to a higher desire for quality of life. Therefore,to the consumer, level of the freshness of fruit and vegetable products rises obviously.This stongly stimulate the development of refrigerated food.Eventually, the cold-chain logistics is gaining steam rapidly.As the distribution is midst link of the fruit and vegetable logistics,play the core role in the supply chain.Above all,the reasonable site selection of distribution center will bring great benefits to the city’s economic development,In this paper,we analyse and summarise the theories about domestic and international cold chain logistics and distribution center.Based on this, we establish the cold-chain logistics distribution center location model,this model is all about Yantai city of shandong province, accords with its present situation of fruits and vegetables market. First,we indicate present situation of Yantai’s fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics market development, find that Yantai fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics can not meet the market demand. So establishing a professional fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics distribution center is necessary in Yantai city.In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Yantai we formulated the location constraint conditions and eventually identified three alternatives. Then we used the location model of discrete calculation and analysis to the three alternatives. The final location scheme was as follows:integrated logistics Yantai Development Zone Industrial park. Considering the lowest cost, this location scheme was the best place to establish fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics distribution center which could lead to the best economic and social benefits.
