With the rising consumption levels, demand of consumer for fresh farm produce is growing. In recent years, China’s cold chain logistics network has developed rapidly, and many cities and companies started cold chain logistics network layout, so many cities are beginning to establish a cold chain logistics center. However, due to the late start of the cold chain logistics, there are no complete cold chain logistics systems and standards, therefore, existing cold chain logistics network layout may be unreasonable, and the existing agricultural cold chain logistics network layout need to be optimized.Based on analysis above, we hope to optimize the existing cold chain logistics network layout. First, I read a large collection of information on the cold chain logistics to analyze and elaborate the theory of the cold chain logistics and logistics net. On a theoretical basis, I started to optimize farm products cold chain logistics network layout analysis. I realized that agriculture products cold chain logistics network is composed of nodes and delivery routes, and analyzed the characteristics of agricultural chain logistics network. Based on the analysis of farm cold chain logistics network important nodes, I analyzed the current situation of farm cold chain network layout and its problems. Then I came up with the factors of farm produce cold chain network layout optimization, principles and basic content. Combined with the above, I propose farm products cold chain logistics network layout optimization model based on bi-level programming model, in which not only taking into account the loss of agricultural cold chain logistics network costs and agricultural products in the distribution process, and also takes into account the original competition between the new logistics center and the old ones. In this paper, I chose the genetic algorithm to solve the model selection in the paper. Finally, I selected the L Group, for example, to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
