Research On The Whole Set Production Logistic System Of Elevator Car Components Based Combination Push & Pull

With the unceasing development of the economics, the need of elevators is becoming more and more enormous. The elevator product has many specifications, especially decoration components. The same components can have the different size, but the size most is a customization. The original production method has many goods in process and finished product stock is enormous, which has taken the massive locations and the fund. So taking the car ceiling as an example, the production logistics system of the elevator decoration components was studied in this paper, in order to shorten production cycle, satisfy the due date request of the customer, reduces the production logistics cost.The principle and characteristics of the MRP (Push) logistic system model and the JIT (Pull) logistic system model were analyzed. The advance and disadvance points of the MRP and the JIT have analyzed in contrast. The present research situation of the combine of the MRP and the JIT was introduced. And the integration of the Push/Pull logistic system model was analyzed.The shortcoming of one elevator company production logistics system was investigated and analyzed. So the necessity and the feasibility of applying combine of Push and Pull production logistics system was analyzed.As an example, the whole set production logistic model of elevator car based on the combination of pull and push was presented and also was carry out. Base on the MES principle, the improvement of the logistic information system of the company was researched. The practice shows that the new production logistics improves the production efficiency.
