The Research On The Improvement Of Production Planning Management In DVDH Company

With the change of the competitions in the market and the production and management of enterprises’model, MTO order plan gradually had an impact on the traditional management paln MTS. how to do the production planning and controlling in the project management efficiently that is more and more important. The theories of MRP、JIT、TOC had been come into since the1960s, because of their respective shortages, a series of problems came out. How to make the theory perfect further that has been new research topic for modern industry.This paper introduces the background and significance of selecting the topic, the review of research on the theory at both home and abroad, the frame and the contents of the paper, and so on.The theories of MRP、JIT、TOC are investigated and studied in the part of summary on modern’s theory, including the summary, model, theories at the core, basic principle and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of respective theories are compared. The organizational structure in production, production and management process are expatiated in the part of the analysis of DVDH company’s production, at the same time, the problems in the management are dissected with great acuteness. The fourth chpter, put forward to the push-pull model for production planning and controlling, the model is divided into management layer and production layer, constructed three plans:the push-pull production plan, the production control plan, and the delivery plan. And a detailed analysis of the structure ande the function model.At the last we put forward four aspects to propose the miprovement plan implemention safeguard measures.
