Specifically compare the advantages and disadvantages between the push and pull production control system, confirm the superiority of pull production system and develop the main steps to establish pulling production system: matching customer demand-- the establishment of balanced production-- the implementation of consumption control. Discuss the selection of specific strategies for pull production, comparing each strategy characteristics, confirmed the selection method of the strategy for pull production; Confirm the method and procedures of establishing supermarket inventory to match the customer‘s demand; Determine to create a levelling production plan to make per day production in the same order to produce the same amount products of the equilibrium mode of production; Clearly specify a Kanban production for communication of information flow consumption control method to ensure that the entire production control systems can pull production in accordance with the actual needs of customers.From the improvement, the factory reduced the inventory of finish goods effectively, increase the flow of funds, and also save a lot of storage space, the production control system is also more transparent, the Kanban system showed the production process clearly, for further improvement of the production control system is good and lay the foundation.
